A residual insecticide for use in professional pest management situations. The unique capsule suspension formulation encloses the active ingredient in tiny polymer capsules. This protects the active ingredient from degradation by adverse environmental or surface conditions thereby prolonging the residual activity. The tiny capsules readily adhere to the cuticle of insects that contact the treated surface and the capsules either enter the insect by ingestion or by diffusion through the cuticle.
OPTIGARD® Ant Bait Gel
OPTIGARD Ant Bait Gel offers unparalleled control of a broad spectrum of ants by ingestion and transfer of the bait, targeting the colony, not just the workers. The new gel formulation is clear and non-staining, with low odour. It maintains its gel integrity at higher than normal temperatures and won’t “run”. OPTIGARD Ant Gel Bait uses the non-repellent chemistry of thiamethoxam which controls the entire colony via transfer and trophallaxis (regurgitation). Additionally, OPTIGARD Ant Bait Gel provides a longer window of palatability so, as it ages, ants will continue to feed on the bait without any loss of attraction.
TALON®
Bait products containing a highly effective second generation anticoagulant rodenticide. Effective against all the main rodent species – including those resistant to older products such as warfarin, bromadiolone and difenacoum. The single feed property helps to ensure swift eradication with small amounts of bait - without the need to replenish bait daily. For use in commercial and residential pest control, municipal, farm hygiene and home pest situations. Available as pellet or wax block formulations.
