	Jason Sabeeney - Technical Services Manager Mount Pleasant, South Australia With almost 20 years experience, Jason is Chairman of CropLife Herbicide Resistance Management Review Group (HRMRG), and a member of the Australian Glyphosate Sustainability Working Group. He is also AgCredited through the Australian Institute of Ag Science and Technology (AIAST). Some of Jason’s specialisations include herbicide resistance and application  technology. In 2007 he facilitated the review of the Australian herbicide mode of action labelling system.
	Scott Mathew - Technical Services Lead Barmera, South Australia Scott’s specialisations include horticulture, viticulture and fruit following his almost 20 years experience in horticultural and broadacre agronomy and vineyard management. Scott is also an expert on fungicide and insecticide resistance and application technology in tree and vine crops and horticultural row crops.
	Garth Wickson - Technical Services Lead Coolamon, New South Wales With 15 years experience in broadacre agriculture, Garth is an expert on farming practices as well as cereal herbicides and fungicides, application technology and even irrigation. Garth has worked at Syngenta for six years with the last five years spent in his Technical Services role.
	Trevor Klein - Technical Services Lead Orange, New South Wales Trevor has spent over 20 years undertaking field trials and extending findings to research, student and farmer communities. His experience is invaluable for new product developments and the interpretation of statistical analyses. Trevor’s specialisations include seed care, cereals, summer crops and cotton.
	Mark Congreve - Technical Services Lead Bundaberg, Queensland Mark’s background covers more than 20 years in the agricultural industry in a variety of sales, marketing and product development roles throughout Australia, New Zealand and some international markets.  Mark’s experience is predominantly in insecticides, post emergent herbicides and biotechnology across a wide range of cropping systems including cotton, sugarcane, tropical and temperate tree crops, fruiting vegetables and summer and winter cereals.
	Paul Chatfield - Technical Services Lead York, Western Australia Paul has 7 years experience in broadacre farming systems. Originally from Western Australia, he commenced his career in Northern New South Wales where he spent 2 years working for a Rural Agribusiness company before returning to Western Australia to work in the Great Southern. He spent time working in the Katanning and Cranbrook districts, providing agronomic advice to a range of farming operations from Pingrup to Mount Barker.
	Richard Lillingstone - Technical Services Lead Melbourne, Victoria Richard has been working and studying in the agricultural sector for over 15 years in various roles, more recently with a focus on horticulture and the wine industry in particular. Working as an agronomist for five years in South Australia he developed an interest in winemaking and completed a Masters of Oenology at the University of Adelaide. His knowledge and practical experience in taking crops right through the production process is critical in developing integrated crop solutions for growers which address key application, product, timing and resistance management criteria.
