  • A dedicated Learning and Development Manager in Canada with a commitment to providing a very diversified and comprehensive portfolio.
  • Annually refreshed in-house training calendar offering courses on: Presentation and Communications Skills, Project Management, Selling and Negotiation Skills, Leadership Development, High Performance Teamwork and more.
  • An annual new hire orientation session held in Guelph helps set our newest team members up for success by providing the tools, resources and contacts they need.
  • Opportunities to attend training in other Syngenta locations in the U.S. and abroad. Programs have been designed for specific career disciplines, some in partnership with world renowned business schools.

    Education Support Programs:
    We take pride in our investment in people and encourage employees to take an active role in enhancing their skills and exploring career development opportunities within Syngenta. We support employees’ efforts to engage in continuous learning through our tuition reimbursement program. For work related courses and education, we reimburse at 100% with no defined maximum.
