Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
Connecting employees to drive inclusion
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led communities within Syngenta that connect colleagues to drive positive change in the workplace.
Working on a global scale, ERGs give underrepresented groups (LGBTQIA+, women, people with disabilities and employees from different generations) a voice and a community. Education and awareness campaigns, driven by DEI Champions and our dedicated full-time DEI team, provide essential support and strength to these groups.
Through these connections, we aim to amplify voices, drive inclusion and build community.
